What is your return policy?
- No returns after 10 days.
- Request must be in writing.
- All returns must be authorized by LULU-B/Colorful Comfy Clothing/ Cotton Connection.
- A return authorization number will be issued for returns.
- Merchandise returned not due to LULU-B/ Colorful Comfy Clothing/ Cotton
- Connection error is subject to a 15% restocking charge.
- No returns with private labels.
Do you ship outside the U.S?
We will ship to your freight forwarder in the U.S.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Depending on the stage your order is at, an order may be changed after it has been placed, service fees will apply.
How do I see the line in person?
Please contact us so that we may coordinate with your salesperson or make arrangements for a show appointment.
How can I place an order for my retail store?
- Apply online using our online application.
- After approval you will be issued a username + password.
- Place your order.
When will I get my order?
Delivery is approximately 8-12 weeks from receipt or order.
