Credit application and financial statements are required by our factor to process your order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing credit after your information has been submitted to the factor.


NEW ACCOUNTS

Minimum orders for new accounts with net 30 terms are $1500.00.
New accounts under $1500.00 will be CREDIT CARD with a 30% deposit due when your order is entered into our system. Minimum for CREDIT CARD orders must be greater than $500.00


SHIPPING

All shipments will be shipped ground service unless otherwise requested by customer.
Any requested services are available at higher charges.
Please allow for shortages or overages of up to 5% on any shipment.


DELIVERY

Delivery is approximately 8 weeks from your order being approved by the factor.


RUSH ORDERS

Need goods quickly, ask your sales rep or call our office about shipping “quick ship” styles.

For delivery less than 4 weeks, a minimum of 50 pieces per style, per color is required for existing styles in stock only.


CANCELLATIONS

Your Lulu-B Clothing goods are customized to your order. Cancellations or changes need to be made within TWO weeks of submitting your order. Changes made to orders after this Two-week period will require a new order and may result in different dye lots.


RETURNS

All returns must be authorized by Lulu-B Clothing. Lulu-B Clothing is not responsible for return shipping charges.
Merchandise returned without approval and/or not due to Lulu-B Clothing error is subject to a 15% restocking fee.


RETURNED CHECKS

Returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 charge. This charge will be invoiced to the customer’s account if any checks are returned.

CUSTOM ORDER / PRIVATE LABEL

Private labeling is available upon customer request.
Minimum of 200 pieces (Assorted Styles) at $1.75 each.
Custom Colors can be done with a minimum of 200 pieces per styles, per color.

 

Conditions for Sale

The good(s) ordered are to be manufactured for buyer. Buyer may not cancel before completion date. Seller agrees to ship by completion date. However, purchase orders remain effective until a written cancellation notice is received by seller. No discounts on transportation or handling. No returns without seller written consent. All claims must be made within seven (7) days of shipping date. Returns must be made by UPS or cheapest way with tracking capabilities. Any unjust or unauthorized goods return will be subject to 15% restocking service charge. All delinquent accounts will bear interest of 2.5% per month. If professional fees are needed to affect collections, buyer shall pay collections agency fees, and/or attorney’s fees and all costs, and venue and jurisdiction shall be in Miami Dade County Florida. Any credits due buyer will be satisfied by credit memos only. Individual signing purchase order does personally guarantee payment. Seller retains a vendors lean against all merchandise until all accounts due seller are paid.

 

 

Terms of Service for SMS

  1. Data Collection: We collect data to maintain your account for accurate contact, mailing and communication methods.  We us this information for conduction business for processing your orders, accounts receivables and accounts payables.  We may share part or all of this information with a third party (factor) for NET terms and will be included in communication by email or phone if you request NET terms.  We do not share your information with other parties.  We do not sell your information.
  2. Consent for SMS Communication: Mobile opt-in, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
  3. Types of SMS Communications: If you have consented to receive text messages from Lulu-B Clothing, you may receive messages related to the following examples:
    • Appointment reminders
    • Follow-up/Reply messages
    • Order Updates/Confirmations
    • Billing Inquiries
  4. Customers and Guests: Updates regarding orders, deliveries, or other relevant information. Job Applicants: Information about application status, onboarding materials, or other employment-related updates.
  5. Standard Messaging Disclosures: “Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.   6. Opt-In Method:You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Lulu-B Clothing in the following examples:

    Opt-Out Method:You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive from Lulu-B Clothing. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
